International Orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items like perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items may not be eligible for return.
How to Return:
To request a return, email us at info@shopperzcart.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us with proof (photos) within 48 hours of delivery.
